What Does an Entrepreneur Do All Day? Considerations for energy and time management
Wednesday Nov 16, 2022
Wednesday Nov 16, 2022
This episode is one of many I plan to share around organization, routines, systems, and structures for more productivity, peace, and ease.
I often get asked questions like:
- What on earth do you DO all day in your business!?
- How do you structure your day?
- What's your routine?
- How do you stay so organized?
- And from those who aren’t entrepreneurs, I get asked how I stay on track and know what to do without a boss telling me what I'm doing every day
In this episode, I'll get into the types of tasks we have as entrepreneurs and what four main buckets they tend to fall into. I'll share how I structure my days and weeks and how we might consider a yearly bird's-eye-view that fits in the ROCKS (the most important stuff first). I also dance into how to make some of these things easier and evaluate your own to-do-lists and time management to see where you can:
Let go
Reschedule
Delegate
Or take action on right away!
