Falguni Vashi is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner, and Women's Health Coach. She specializes in pelvic health. She has her own practice in Nashua, called PelviCure Physical Therapy. She helps patients with pelvic health conditions to alleviate pelvic pain, and improve bowel, bladder and sexual health. Falguni has extensive training in treating urinary, bowel and sexual health patients. She is also trained to treat transgender patients. Some of the common conditions that she sees in her practice include: chronic pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, constipation, pain with intercourse, pregnancy, and postpartum issues. She believes in treating the person as a whole and adopts the biopsychosocial model when working with her clients.

This past week, I went on "vacation". Which lasted all of 5 hours and 45 minutes before the shit hit the proverbial fan.
Through the experience, I gained some new insights into my own life, my business, and a bit of a method I will be using to get through future emotional, professional, and otherwise all-around "funks".
