In this episode, we talk about something all of our businesses (and other aspects of our lives) need to thrive and that is... OUR BODIES!
Join me and my guest, Falguni Vashi of PelviCure in Nashua, NH as we talk about boundaries, self-care, drinking water, nutrition, and of course, yes... poop (#gottagothere) and how focusing on our self-care relates to a healthier, happier life and business.
I also announce our She Built This Body Fall Reset Challenge for which the doors are now OPEN! The Challenge starts October 1st and Early Birds get the worm with special goodies and bonuses! Link to learn more.
